The worse than do nothing 109th Congress came to a close this weekend. One of my new years resolutions is to establish more meaningful communication with the incoming 110th Congress.

A founding Board member at Connecticut Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board (2009-2012) and former Chair of City Transportation Committee in Santa Barbara, California.
